1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any compounds.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
3. Return Eligibility (If Applicable)
Approved returns (for shipping errors only) must be:
- Unopened and in original packaging
- Reported within 3 days of receipt
- Returned within 7 days of approval
